Responsibilities:
- True project management, determining client needs and budget, allocating available resources, and completing projects on time and under budget.
- Support clients in the administration and management of ESI workflows, from handling the collection and ingestion of ESI into our data centers, through review and production.
- Manage internal and external use of SFTP, Sharefile, Medial Shuttle, etc. to securely move data while maintaining chain of custody.
- Provide front-line assistance and end-user training to customers that utilize our eDiscovery review platforms (g., Relativity, RelOne, IPRO ADD).
- Assist clients with the creation of complex searches, batches, and the use of analytical tools, such as email threading and near-text deduplication.
- Create productions and exports for delivery to clients.
- Perform quality control at all stages of the eDiscovery workflow, including insuring accuracy and accessibility of processed data and running imaging and productions in formats required by clients.
- Track, manage, and document eDiscovery requests to completion.
- Update and follow workflow processes and protocols to maintain standardized service.
- Provide written client reports on the status of collection, processing, review, and productions.
Qualifications:
- Requires 1–3 years of professional experience in litigation support (law firm or vendor) and at least 1 year of experience on the administrative side of eDiscovery tools, such as IPRO, Relativity, Disco, Everlaw, etc.
- IPRO or Relativity Administrator experience a plus, but not required. SIFT will support any PMs willing to become certified as an IPRO Enterprise Administrator or Relativity administrator.
- Knowledge of the EDRM lifecycle and the litigation workflow.
- Project management degrees or certifications a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, especially written, with the ability to clearly present technical information to non-technical clients and users.
- Ability to work independently and to communicate with team when assistance is needed to meet client deadlines.
- Strong technical skills, including in the use of SFTP, Sharefile, Microsoft Office (Excel, lots of Excel), and Adobe Acrobat.
- Other technical skills that are strongly preferred include experience in the use of machine learning in the eDiscovery process, such as TAR and CAL.
