Summit Human Capital is seeking a 100% Remote Entry-Level Tier I Helpdesk Technician to support our client and their Mission within the U.S. Department of Transportation.
- Responsible for answering queries, resolving tickets, and
- Utilize customer facing skills in a timely manner by assisting personnel across the nation
- Assist customers experiencing problems with IT resources
- Communicate efficiently and effectively through phone, email, voicemail, instant messaging, etc.
- Must have a High School Diploma
- Provide technical support and customer facing solutions in a 24×7 operations environment
- Self-motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust
- Help Desk Institute (HDI) certifications preferred
- Troubleshooting skills
- Prior experience managing Ticketing Systems, specifically Remedy
