Service Desk Operations

Job LocationUS Remote


US Hybrid: Vienna, VA | Winchester, VA | Pensacola, FL | Tidewater, VA | Jacksonville, FL | Dallas, TX | Atlanta, GA


This is predominately remote but candidates will need to be able to report to an office as needed in one of the listed locations. This is a Tier 1.5 service desk role that desires 3-5 experience.


  • Outstanding customer service
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing platform or other ITSM tool
  • Experience using Active Directory to assign group permissions, authentication processes, etc.
  • Self starter – will seek information on their own first
  • Desktop/laptop and mobile device troubleshooting
  • Ability to remote into workstation to troubleshoot
  • Access to connect directly to router and work in a professional and quiet environment (call center ready)
